Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship like physical damage to the equipment, water damage or failure to use the equipment according to instructions etc.

Right to Modify/Terminate Warranty Service

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the warranty service in the event that the product has undergone illegal modification or incorrect operation without our authorization. Such actions may render the warranty invalid.

Disclaimer on No Warranty for Third-Party Purchased Products

1.Please be aware that products which are purchased through third-party channels are not covered by our company's warranty service. Our official warranty policy only applies to those products that are bought from the authorized sales channels, such as our official offline stores, the official website, and the official flagship stores on legitimate e-commerce platforms.

2.Third-party channels may involve unauthorized individual sellers, some uncertified online second-hand trading platforms, or irregular overseas purchasing agents, etc. Since we have no control over the quality and authenticity of the products from these sources, we cannot guarantee any form of warranty service for them.

  • Step1:

    please send the warranty claims including an order screenshot (order number and purchasing time), photos or a video of the defective device and a full description about the defect of the product to:

  • Step2:

    please ship the defective device to our warehouse after receiving a return shipping label once the warranty claim is confirmed.

  • Step3:

    get the warranty service, either repair or a replacement, and wait for the delivery.
